Before you start

Standardizing curriculum across a studio doesn't mean every teacher loses their voice — it means every teacher and parent can see the same map.

  1. List every teacher currently on staff and what method or repertoire list each one uses
  2. Pick one graded repertoire list per instrument as the studio default (e.g. RCM or ABRSM)
  3. Give every teacher visibility into what every other teacher is covering
  4. Set a recurring review — once a term is usually enough to catch drift early

A curriculum that only lives in one teacher's head isn't a studio curriculum yet.

Print it, fill it in, hand it over. Yours free, for as many students as you teach.
