Paid plans have a small flat monthly fee plus a per-active-student charge. A student who is paused or removed doesn't count toward your bill. The Basic plan is free forever for up to 100 students.
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel any time. Upgrades are prorated mid-cycle; downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.
We'll let you know before you reach the cap and give you plenty of time to upgrade. You can also archive inactive students to stay on your current plan.

Public collections live in ClefRoom's global library and benefit every teacher. Private collections and curricula are scoped to your studio. The Basic plan contributes any pieces you add to the global library; Standard and Premium let you keep collections private.
