You're billed based on the number of active students in your account each month. If a student is paused or removed, they won't count toward your bill. The Free plan is always free for up to 100 students and one curriculum.
Absolutely. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel whenever you need to. If you upgrade mid-cycle, we'll prorate the difference. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period.
We'll let you know when you're getting close and give you plenty of time to decide. You can upgrade to the next tier to unlock more students — or remove inactive students to stay on your current plan.
